Purpose of processing: managing visitor access, recording confirmation of the occupational health and safety / emergency rules, and sending the confirmation document by email.

Data minimisation: this form does not request a telephone number, and the data is not used for commercial communications.

Retention period: personal data collected through this form is retained for 6 months from the date of the visit. After this period, personal data is deleted or anonymised in accordance with TECHNOELECTRIC's internal retention policy.

Access to data: the data may only be accessed by authorised personnel and, where necessary, by IT or email service providers used to operate this process, within the scope of their responsibilities.
